Why Lady Fāṭimah (peace be upon her) Was Called al-Ṭāhirah — The Pure One

مصباح الأنوار: عن أبي جعفر، عن آبائه عليهم السّلام، قال: إنّما سُمّيت فاطمة بنت محمّد الطاهرة، لطهارتها من كلّ دنس، و طهارتها من كلّ رفث؛ و ما رأت قطّ يوماً حمرةً ولا نفاساً.

Imam Muhammad ibn Ali al-Baqir(as) says:

“Fāṭimah, the daughter of Muḥammad (peace be upon him and his family), was named al-Ṭāhirah — the Pure One — because she was pure from every impurity and free from every unseemly condition.
She never experienced any menstrual bleeding or postnatal discharge at any time.”
