امام صادق (علیه السلام) ، پيامبر اکرم (صلی الله علیه و آله) حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي وَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ اَلْحَسَنِ رَحِمَهُمَا اَللَّهُ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو اَلْقَاسِمِ عَبْدُ اَلرَّحْمَنِ اَلْكُوفِيُّ وَ أَبُو يُوسُفَ يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ اَلْأَنْبَارِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ اَلْغِفَارِيِّ عَنِ اَلْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنِ اَلصَّادِقِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ آبَائِهِ عَلَيْهِمُ السَّلاَمُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ مَنْ أَحَبَّنَا أَهْلَ اَلْبَيْتِ فَلْيَحْمَدِ اَللَّهَ عَلَى أَوَّلِ اَلنِّعَمِ قِيلَ وَ مَا أَوَّلُ اَلنِّعَمِ قَالَ طِيبُ اَلْوِلاَدَةِ وَ لاَ يُحِبُّنَا إِلاَّ مُؤْمِنٌ طَابَتْ وِلاَدَتُهُ .
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family) said:
“Whoever loves us, the Ahl al-Bayt, should praise Allah for the first of blessings.”
It was asked: “And what is the first of blessings?”
He replied:
“Purity of birth — for none loves us except a believer whose birth is pure.”

Purity of birth
حدثنا علي بن أحمد بن عبد الله بن أحمد بن أبي عبد الله البرقي قال: حدثنا أبي عن أحمد بن أبي عبد الله عن محمد بن عيسى عن أبي محمد الأنصاري عن غير واحد عن ابن جعفر " ع " قال: من أصبح يجد برد حبنا على قلبه فليحمد الله على بادي النعم قيل ومابادي النعم قال طيب المولد.
Imam al-Kadhim(as) said:
“Whoever wakes up and feels the coolness of our love upon his heart, let him praise Allah for the beginning of blessings.”
It was asked: “And what is the beginning of blessings?”
He replied:
“Purity of birth.”

None hates Ahlulbayt except one whose birth is corrupt
حدثنا الحسين بن إبراهيم بن ناتانة رحمه الله قال: حدثنا علي بن إبراهيم، عن أبيه إبراهيم بن هاشم عن محمد بن أبي عمير عن أبي زياد الهندي عن عبيد الله بن صالح عن زيد بن علي، عن أبيه علي بن الحسين عن أبيه الحسين بن علي عن أبيه أمير المؤمنين علي بن أبي طالب عليهم السلام قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله يا علي من أحبني وأحبك وأحب الأئمة من ولدك فليحمد الله على طيب مولده فإنه لا يحبنا الا مؤمن طابت ولادته ولا يبغضنا إلا من خبثت ولادته.
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family) said:
“O ʿAlī! Whoever loves me, and loves you, and loves the Imams from among your offspring, let him praise Allah for the purity of their birth.
For none loves us except a believer whose birth is pure, and none hates us except one whose birth is corrupt.”

Only a a child born of adultery, a hypocrite and whose mother conceived in impurity will hate Ali(as)
حدثنا محمد بن الحسن رحمه الله قال: حدثنا محمد بن الحسن الصفار قال حدثني أحمد بن الحسين بن سعيد عن علي بن الحكم عن المفضل بن صالح عن جابر الجعفي، عن إبراهيم القرشي قال: كنا عند أم سلمة رضي الله عنها فقالت سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله يقول لعلي " ع " لا يبغضكم إلا ثلاثة ولد زنا ومنافق ومن حملت به أمه وهي حائض.
Ibrāhīm al-Qurashī, said:
We were with Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her), and she said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family) say to ʿAlī (ع):
“None will hate you except three types of people: a child born of adultery, a hypocrite, and one whose mother conceived him while she was in a state of impurity (ḥāʾiḍ).”
