Shahr Ramadan
NARRATION 1
عن أبي الورد، عن أبي جعفر عليه السلام قال خطب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم الناس في آخر جمعة من شعبان فحمد الله وأثنى عليه ثم قال: أيها الناس، انه قد أظلكم شهر فيه ليلة خير من ألف شهر، وهو شهر رمضان، فرض الله صيامه
Prophet Muhammad(pbuh) says: "O people, a month has approached you in which there is a night better than a thousand months, and it is the month of Ramadan. Allah has made its fasting obligatory."
NARRATION 2
عن أبي أيوب الخزاز، عن أبي عبد الله عليه السلام - في حديث - قال: إن شهر رمضان فريضة من فرائض الله عز وجل.
Imam Jafar(as) says: "Indeed, the month of Ramadan is an obligation from the obligations of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic.
NARRATION 3
عن أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: قد جائكم شهر رمضان، شهر مبارك، شهر فرض الله عليكم صيامه، تفتح فيه أبواب الجنان وتغل فيه الشياطين، فيه ليلة خير من ألف شهر، من حرمها فقد حرم
Prophet(pbuh) says: The month of Ramadan has come to you, a blessed month, a month in which Allah has obligated fasting upon you. In it, the gates of Paradise are opened, the devils are chained, and in it is a night better than a thousand months. Whoever is deprived of it is indeed deprived.
