In this chapter, we will delve into the enlightening ahadees of the Ahlulbayt (AS) on the merits of reciting the Quran. These sacred narrations emphasize the spiritual light, divine mercy, and countless blessings that flow from engaging with Allah's words through heartfelt recitation.
Allah does not go to the oppressors, being generous with Muslim who are graying, respecting elders, being gracious with the young, honouring the nobles of every community, modesty, humility, remembering Allah much, reciting the Quran.

[1551/1] الكافي: علي، عن أبيه، عن حماد، عن حريز، عن أبي عبدالله عليه السلام قال: القرآن عهدالله إلى خلقه فقد ينبغي للمرء المسلم أن ينظر في عهده وأن يقرأ منه في كل يوم خمسين آية
[1/1551] al-Kafi: Ali from his father from Hammad from Hariz from Abi Abdillah عليه السلام who said: The Qur’an is the covenant of Allah to His creatures, it is incumbent therefore on a Muslim man to look into his covenant and that he recite fifty verses from it every day.

1557/8] الكافي: محمد بن يحيى، عن أحمد بن محمد، عن الحسن بن علي، عن إسحاق بن عمار، عن أبي عبدالله عليه السلام قال: من قرأ مائة آية يصلي بها في ليلة كتب الله عز وجل له بها قنوت ليلة ومن قرأ مائتي آية في غير صلاة لم يحاجه القرآن يوم القيامة ومن قرأ خمسمائة آية في يوم وليلة في صلاة النهار والليل كتب الله عز وجل له في اللوح المحفوظ قنطارا من الحسنات والقنطار ألف ومائتا أو قية والاوقية أعظم من جبل أحد
[8/1557] al-Kafi: Muhammad b. Yahya from Ahmad b. Muhammad from al-Hasan b. Ali from Ishaq b. Ammar from Abi Abdillah عليه السلام who said: The one who recites a hundred verses in his prayers at night - Allah Mighty and Majestic records for him devotion of the whole night (in reward) for it. The one who recites two hundred verses [at night] outside (his) prayers - the Qur’an will not dispute against him on the Day of Judgment. And the one who recites five hundred verses (total) in his prayers by day and at night - Allah Mighty and Majestic records for him in the Preserved Tablet a Qinṭār of good-deeds, and a Qinṭār is a thousand and two hundred Ūqiyya, and a (single) Ūqiyya is greater than the mountain of Uhud.

7 - حدثنا الحسين بن أحمد (رحمه الله)، قال: حدثنا أبي، قال: حدثنا إبراهيم بن هاشم، عن الحسين بن يزيد النوفلي، عن إسماعيل بن أبي زياد السكوني، عن الصادق جعفر بن محمد، عن أبيه، عن آبائه، عن علي (عليهم السلام)، قال: اغتمنوا الدعاء عند خمسة مواطن: عند قراءة القرآن، وعند الاذان، وعند نزول الغيث، وعند التقاء الصفين للشهادة، وعند دعوة المظلوم، فإنها ليس لها حجاب دون العرش (3).
Al-Husayn b. Ahmad (rh) narrated to us. He said: My father narrated to us. He said: Ibrahim b. Hashim narrated to us from al-Husayn b. Yazid al-Nawfali from Isma`il b. Abi Ziyad al-Sukuni from al-Sadiq Ja`far b. Muhammad from his father from his forefathers from `Ali (as). He said: Take to supplication in five places: (1) When reciting the Quran, (2) When the adhan [is called], (3) When rain falls, (4) When two rows meet for martyrdom, and (5) at the call of the oppressed, for it does not have a barrier under the Throne.
