Description
We read in Majmo’a al-Fatawa, Vol 6 pg. 572:

اللَّهَ قَادِرٌ عَلَى أَنْ يَخْرُقَ مِنْ هُنَا إلَى هُنَاكَ بِحَبْلِ

”Allah is able to relocate from here to there through rope”
