Hadith Scan
حدثنا يعقوب قال ثنا أبي عن ابن إسحق قال حدثني عبدالله بن أبي بكر بن عمرو بن حزم عن عمرة بنت عبدالرحمن عن عائشة زوج النبي الله قالت: لقد أنزلت آية الرجم ورضعات الكبير عشراً، فكانت في ورقة تحت سرير في بيتي، فلما اشتكى رسول الله له تشاغلنا بأمره ودخلت دويبة لنا فأكلتها.
Ya‘qub narrated to us, saying: My father narrated to me from Ibn Ishaq, who said: Abdullah bin Abi Bakr bin Amr bin Hazm narrated to me from Amra bint Abd al-Rahman, from Aisha, the wife of the Prophet of Allah (peace be upon him), who said: “The Verse of stoning and of breastfeeding an adult were revealed and were written on a paper under my bed. When the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) fell ill, we became preoccupied with his condition, and a small animal of ours came in and ate it.”
