Al-Karbala Scans is a dedicated section where the Al-Karbala team is working tirelessly to collect and compile scanned pages of hadiths from various books. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the individuals who have put in their efforts to upload these scans and continue to do so.
Abu Ali bin al-Khallal narrated to me, Ja‘far narrated to us, al-Silafi narrated to us, Abu Ali al-Bardani narrated to us, Hannad narrated to us, Abu Abd Allah Ghunjar narrated to us, Ahmad bin Abi Hamid al-Bahili narrated to us, Bakr bin Munir bin Khalid narrated to us: I heard Muhammad bin al-Haytham al-Bajali say: There was a commander in Baghdad among the commanders of al-Mutawakkil, whose wife would always give birth to daughters. One day, she became pregnant, and the commander swore that if she gave birth to another daughter, he would kill her with the sword. When she went into labor with the midwife present, she delivered a kind of pouch-like thing that was moving, so they cut it open—and forty sons came out of it, all of whom survived. I saw them in Baghdad riding behind their father, and he had bought a wet nurse for each of them.
