Mustradak Ala Sahihain, Iman Hakim, Vol 3, Page 121, Hadith #4584:
Imam Hakim Neysaburi has also narrated this Tradition from Ali ibn Abi Talib (and from Al Minhal).
He then said : Chain of Narration is Authentic.
